I am obviously looking forward to tonight's final two episodes, but I hate it when it finishes, and the long wait for the next series. :(

The only guess I have is that it's the imformant they are using, if it's not him then I haven't got a clue!

    Me too.

Is the large guy in the pony tail the 'daddy' - the one they're looking for? Or, as you say it could be their informant.

Replacing Spiral next week is this Israeli show

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hostages_(Israeli_TV_series)

There was an American version of it which was shown on Channel 4

A political drama with muslims and jews, ugh, not thanks, I see enough of that on the news.

Much prefer a European cop show who-done-it.

Hope there's less of the gratuitous violence this week.

And a dramatic ending, now we'll have to wait till series 6 to find out what happens to Laure's baby.

    I'm looking forward to this.

I didn't watch the American remake in the hope someone would buy the original.

So Roban's nosebleeds were a red herring.

Ending was abrupt, but all in all a fine series.

I think the nose bleeds may carry through to the next series.

I knew that's what would happen to Laure!

Grrrrrrrr - we was robbed! I'm not so keen on storylines being carried on to the next series - particularly when we won't see it for about 2 or 3 years.
A very strong series though. (I think Roban may have leukaemia?)
    Very disturbed about Laure's baby.....:(:(:(

    Otherwise...

    Josephine got a new job,
Z.... Was reunited with his son and set free.
    They caught the girl band.

Dreadful ending to what was a good series.

OMG so sad, it was obvious what was going to happen, but still heart breaking, poor Laure.
    Incredible acting once more.
Those girls were so ruthless and violent, I found a lot of the casual physical violence hard to watch, how do people end up like that??????

I know these have been shown a couple of times, but I noticed the first series of Krister's Wallander is being repeated next week starting in the early hours of Tuesday morning (1.05am!) They seem to be on every day next week, as far as my Sky box goes up to anyway :)

On which channel???? I can't see it on BBC4's schedule.

I was surprised that the police didn't call in kidnapping specialists - surely there are some in France?

You're not wrong! The American one was absolutely crap. I'm pretty sure the Israeli one will be much better. I love the music too.
