Strange phone call from price-drop tv
Someone claiming to be from price drop tv has rung about an item I "bought" a couple of days ago.
They wanted my personal identification number so they could send my item, otherwise they would cancel the order within seven days.
I hadn't ordered anything so asked them what had been ordered and from what number. The phone number they gave was not mine and surprisingly couldn't or wouldn't tell me anything about the order. They wouldn't put me through to customer services - they asked me to ring another number at a cost of 39p per minute. A scam or not?
