Glad to hear it.

I was following this when it happened and I'm glad the family has had some justice.

    Yep this was such a sad case. Couple with everything to live for.

    Gosh doesn't seem like three years ago!!

    Hope they get the DP. Amazingly, 3 years ago our pathetic government demanded that if that disgusting pair were found guilty, they be SPARED from the death penalty.

    I never knew they'd shot dead a local shop-keeper too. Was that before or after they shot the couple?

    Cath was my friend, and we worked together when she worked in London

    You couldnt meet a nicer girl. I literally know of no one who had a bad word to say about her. She is much missed

    They have a foundation, The Mullany Fund, to help disadvantaged youngsters train as drs and physios, if anyone is interested

    Sorry to hear that. From what I hear they were a much loved couple.

    They shot the victims in the back of the head, execution style. I hope they do receive the death penalty, as anyone capable of such cruel murder deserves nothing less.

    I don't think so, they have got 3 life sentences. I think life means life out there.

    this murder was nothing short of horrific - how on earth the judge can give life sentences and say it didnt deserve the death penalty is beyond me.
