Health and Safety are looking into a serious farm accident that occured on the Barton farm yeserday, when a pallet full of Fertilizer bags fell on James Barton who stopped breathing and was rushed to hospital. Mr Barton was said to be improving accoring to a hospital official. Health and safety are interested in the series of accidents that have occrured on the barton farm particularly the serious arm injury which occured to Andy Sugden. A case of Negligence in the workplace may be brought against the bartons
In another scandal wracking the village it was revealed that the baby being brought up by Jai sharma was not his son Archie but a boy he bought for £40,000 from some criminals in the back of a car park. Megan Macey was later arrested for abducting the boy as she went missing with him.
Armed robbers robbed the Garage owne by Helen Shuttlecock of the Robblefield road, they made off with £20,000, one of the 3 thieves called one of the others Ross so police are interviewing all Ross's in the area.
Heavy snow caused chaos in the emmerdale area this week indded the Malt was cut of from the village all day Thursday. And a man stuck in a snowdrift was rescued by farmer Giles and a team of rescue Llama's.
