Scottish schools in Moray face closure threat along with some public services this does not looking good.
Perhaps they are under utilised? Perhaps they need to make savings on the public purse and thus public services and schools need streamlining in such a remote area.
Is it one of those rural schools that costs a fortune to run but is so under utilised that it is no longer feasible? Same thing is happening here in Northern Ireland.

Moray is hardly remote, I suspect this is related to the £70 million underfunding of NHS Grampian by the Edinburgh Government, the SNP's lies and manipulations are coming home to roost.
