    Moray is a very small, basically unsustainable, unitary authority. If they are having cuts then it is no surprise.

    Is it one of those rural schools that costs a fortune to run but is so under utilised that it is no longer feasible? Same thing is happening here in Northern Ireland.

    Moray is hardly remote, I suspect this is related to the £70 million underfunding of NHS Grampian by the Edinburgh Government, the SNP's lies and manipulations are coming home to roost.
