Once a copper.....what was his reasons for leaving the force anyway? Did he think he'd become a nice camp, funny character like Rylan? He's a nasty man.

So? I worked in forensic mental health...I question people too.

These jobs employ people like that for their inquisitive nature and ability to read people.

Once you have worked in that kind of job it becomes ingrained, and it was only a very short time ago for him.

    Why question people?

They only make stuff up anyway.

He's not a copper any more.

Callum should have told him to go f### spiders. He doesnt have to answer any questions. He's not under investigation from some bent copper. Just some drama queen

Once a copper always a copper i'm afraid.

Why do Wolfy and some other get so het up about answering questions?
The obviously know they have been caught out and they can't remember what they said last time.
Instead of getting all riled up why don't they just not answer?

    Is that too difficult?

Indeed, but being able to read people involves knowing when to stop, how far to go, using emotional intelligence and understanding that its important to pick your battles.
    He's a moron.

Exactly. He is a moron. Asking questions is fine, but he behaves like he has a god given right for all his questions to be answered.

That is a fair point, I know when to back off. My work a bit different as our folk are more fragile.

I don't mind Dan tho'. I guess he may have been a fairly decent cop.:o

I know a lot of cops and fair few in serious crime and specialist units. I think he'd be a dreadful copper.

And he is far from a moron...dramatic, bitchy, but not a moron.

The job hires people with the ability of spotting liars and stories that don't quite add up. Infact it's a great attribute to have. Keep going dan, show these fakers for what they are.

I think when Dan goes into cop mode, the HM's should just keep replying 'no comment'!! After all, he treats them like villains so it seems only right they give that reply!
