And a great big band of rain is due to sweep across the country.

Sounds about right!

It was. We generally, these days, go on the meteorological way of the seasons. Makes a lot more sense.

It certainly doesn't feel like Spring here. I've been kept up half the nights with gale force winds :(

Couple of days ago, it was lovely Spring-like weather out there.

Now look at it. I'm not venturing out today :D

Down here in the very South East tip of Kent, it's lovely and Sunny with blue skies.

The rain band won't get here till late evening and by that time, they have mostly blown themselves out.

I mowed the lawn two weeks ago - it's good for another couple of months now. :p

Yes! Back on Sunday March the 9th, I went for a walk down our beach and took some lovely sunny photos that are now my desktop wallpaper.

Trouble is you don't know what to wear in this change over from winter to summer clothes. Wear just a T-Shirt and it's a bit chilly, wear a jacket and it's too hot.

You may, I don't. To me the first day of Spring is the day of the vernal equinox. ;)

Same here :( Sun is out now though. I really want a bit of sun and heat. I'm sick of wind and rain.
