Acne scars help?

I've battled with acne for a few years now and it's mostly died down now except for the fact I have red scars all over my neck and face, plus "holes" (that's the only way I can describe it) down the side of my face, plus random red lines and my chin has red blotches on it. When I turn to the side and look in the mirror my skin looks really bad even though there isn't actually any spots there, it's just the scars?

Can anyone recommend the best treatment for this?

Bio Oil is fantastic for scars. Whilst it won't help the 'hole' type ones, it's brilliant for the general redness which acne can leave behind.

Light scarring does fade within a year or so.

There are creams available to help fade the reddening (see your GP).

if the pitting remains after a year then laser treatment and/or dermal fillers can help, but availability of treatment on the NHS is patchy.

    Try a crystal clear facial.

It basically sand blasts your face with really fine particles. I started having them years ago when I had bad skin and it has helped with the pitting massively.
