Was tonights show the worst Semi Final ever ?

I honestly can't think of much worse. Last night was pretty decent but tonight.........well it was a mess.

Lee Evans rip off was embarrassing.
Puppet guy was just stupid.
Girl Group miming ( that is what it looked like to me anyway )
Bikers weren't live.
Girls with stupid hair were dull.
Songwriter is boring and sings the same song from his audition.
Dancers were just waving their arms around.

The only 2 that did a decent job was the 16 year old girl and 15 year old boy on the guitar, and i didn't even enjoy their performance.

Has anyone seen a worse semi final ?

I feel sorry for the guy that came 3rd last night, he would have walked this semi final

Terrible but because ratings will be through the roof producers wont ever make sure each like Semi is perfect. they had quite a few good acts on last night utter madness

It was an extremely poor show.

It does make me wonder how James would've fared had he been on last night, with Jon Clegg taking his spot tonight.

I think the producers ensure they have their chosen ones in different semi finals so that they don't split the vote and they end up with 6 acts in the final that they want, and then 4 that got there by default (ie; they weren't considered final material but were the best of a bad bunch of 9)

Oh come on, cheer up there are three more semifinals to go so just think positive about them, they might be better than this one!!

There have been worse semifinals than this one, so no, this is NOT the worst.

Its starting to feel awkward to watch this tension between judges and acts. Simon looks like he wants out, David needs to watch his mouth, its family show and Amanda stop talking and forcing Simon to get married.

No, I wondered if maybe Paddy and Nico were meant to be on tonight but they've maybe swapped them since she injured herself to give her the most time to recover.
They could've put the motorbikes in to any show if it was recorded beforehand.

I think tomorrow nights show looks worse than tonights.

I think series one had some iffy semi finals but as it was a 'new' format people had nothing to judge it against.

It's the worst in a few years, though.

My sources are saying there were more buzzers pressed tonight than in any BGT semi final ever in the programs history. The talent was of dire standard, according to an informant.

Semi Final 3 last year saw the buzzers pushed seven times.
Semi Final 2 of series 5 saw the buzzers pushed six times.
Semi Final 5 of series 5 saw the buzzers pushed five times.

So... maybe you need a new informant.

My informant says the buzzer was pushed five times tonight. He acknowledges that he made a mistake, a couple of other semis in the past have had more buzzers pressed. however the standard of talent was even lower tonight than those semis.
