Getting a Pay Per View

I got Sky + HD installed yesterday(its amazing btw) and the guy who installed it gave us a phone cable, so would I need to plug that in to get a PPV? The cable looks awfully put together though, theres a red wire sticking out and it looks like the others are going to fall out at any time. It just doesnt look right

    In the old days you could phone up & order but the normal way is just via the remote which goes out via the phone line. (the home secretary's husband might be able to give better advice-boom boom !!)

    It might look shite, go into services, system set up & system test & it will tell you if the phone line is working OK. Craftmanship isn't top of an installers menu.
