    It's hard to single out one:o

    Off the top of my head:

    Potatoes in all forms - boiled, mashed, new, roast, jackets, chips, wedges, crisps... :D

    Chicken korma (or veg)

    Italian as in lasagne, spaghetti, pizza's, tagletele

    Fish in cheese sauce or parsley sauce

    Carrots mashed with butter

    Tinned semolina pudding

    Cumberland pie

    Sweet and Sour chicken and rice (prefer proper Chinese sauce)

    The nicest thing I've eaten is a whole roasted elephant garlic bulb, at The Garlic Farm restaurant on the Isle of Wight. Amazing, so sweet and tasty, just came with some warm crusty bread and some salad leaves.
    Going back this summer, fingers crossed its still on the menu!

    Thank god I've found someone who thinks it's wrong as well. Loads of people I know put gravy on steak. Just no. A nice red wine jus, or garlic butter, yes. Gravy? No.

    I think it's wrong too. A good steak doesn't even need a sauce in my opinion it should stand up on it's own. If it's not as good quality as I'd prefer then I'd have a sauce but generally I'd not bother.

    I agree. Although I have just discovered Chimichurri sauce which may make me change my mind slightly.
