50th celebration of episodes

I think one of the best gifts the bbc could give to the show is to reshoot seven old classic episodes from each era but with matt appearing as the doctor in all of them. I'd love to see a few updated versions of the old episodes tightly rescripted into 45 mins as new adventures with new special effects. Would like to see how the new budget would rework many of the great ideas the programme had. A couple could be of the lost episodes. I think steven would do a good job with many of the ideas and work out an arc as to why matt was revisiting old themes. Timey wimey stuff connected to him going backwards towards the unearthly child.
