Check there's not been a stray coin gone in with one of the loads and I'd probably call out a plumber ;-)

Have you been washing your rhinestone encrusted dance dresses in it? That could cause a lot of clattering.

(It's nice to go off topic now and then but this is taking things to another level!).

It's all Lulu's fault, she broke it.

Mine did that and then it exploded! It may be coming to the end of its natural life :(

Nah, I reckon Kevin's. Choreographed lots of fast spins.

Seriously though, unless it's under warranty you may have to just carry on using it until it gives out and then replace, since repairing can sometimes be more costly, although no harm in getting a quote.

Try switching it off and on again ...

But before you do that, take everything out and try it empty.

Remember that repair costs may well be higher than the depreciated value of the machine.

I seem to remember someone having a microwave with a dodgy turntable not so long ago.

It could be the one of the rubber dampers have become unclipped from the drum, if so just hook it back on again.

Have you checked inside for (broken) crockery in case hubby mistook it for your dishwasher?

I'm sorry I can't give you any advice but I don't know anything about washing machines.

My staff do all my laundry.

If you need reassurance, get a man in. Then if you're still worried, get a plumber in.

I'm betting Natalie has something to do with this.

You shouldn't put your dancing shoes in the wash. It ruins the leather.
