When Amy was flirting with the doctor at the end, she kept putting emphasis on Who when hinting to the Doctor - why was this? He isn't Doctor Who he's The Doctor.

    No, the emphasis was on 'who' she wanted, meaning him, as opposed to what she wanted. She wasn't calling him by name.
