Is it possible to read old Beano and Dandy comics online?

Hi all
I know this may seem a massive task in the first place, but is there any place online where someone's actually done scans from the above comics, and preferably from the mid 70s to the mid 80s ?
And does DC Thompson have every copy that's been printed ? - including those wonderful comic libraries as well as the annuals ?

They probably don't have everything. You'll also need software like cdisplay, or a tablet to read them on.
