In no,particular order - depends what mood I'm in:)

    Casablanca
Bogart and Bergman, among others, at their best
The singing of the Marselles gets me every time

    Layer Cake
Fantastic performances by all and a nice twist at the end

    Life of Brian
Still laugh out loud even though I know it off by heart

    Pulp Fiction
Great way of telling a story not necessarily in the right order
First time I's seen this way of making a film.

    Airplane
Just need to watch when I'm feeling down
    Makes me laugh always

NOT IN ORDER (too hard to do that at the moment)

    Nebraska (2013)
    Blade Runner
    The Artist
    The Last Picture Show
    Children of Men

(with stand by me and Gods and Monsters not too far off)

    1. WITHNAIL AND I
    2. KES
    3. SEVEN
    4. WALL STREET
    5. THE EXORCIST

Reserves would be PLAINS, TRAINS AND AUTOMOBILES, GOODFELLAS and THE FRENCH CONNECTION.
Never get sick of any of them and never will do.

    So so hard!

Godfather 1+2 (one film really just spread over 6 hours)
    If....
    The Truman Show
    Margin Call
    The Wave

I would previously have said The Fly and The Conformist but I was a bit underwhelmed the last time I saw them both. Haven't seen Truman for a while, hope I don't get the same feeling.
