For a while I had an entire wall papered with photocopies of Patti smith's Horses: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/8/88/PattiSmithHorses.jpg
I also had:
1. A photograph of my mother in a Manchester University blazer;
2. A couple of Lone Groover cartoons from NME;
3. A print of Hogarth's Shrimp Girl .

My late teens I had a wall of Garfield that I drew myself and painted. Only art I was any good at.
In answer to the question, I had Movie posters on my wall as a student. Pulp Fiction, Fear & Loathing etc.
Posters of Big Fun, news paper clippings about Stephen Hendry and a Chippendales calendar!!!

This was when i was about 12 / 13
I saw them live a couple of years ago, supporting Morrissey. Not that impressed tbh, they acted like they were greater than that one great song, and that one that was used as an advert.
