I upgraded to an Iphone 5C a few months back with EE. Lately I've noticed when I get it out my pocket and press the home button I have 'no service' then the signal blobs suddenly come back, Ive noticed this is a a few areas (with very good coverage), due to this I'm assuming its the phone?! Its currently running iOS 8.0.2 (12A405) and EE 17.1

The same happens to me with Samsung Galaxy S5 sometimes and I need to restart the phone. I thought it was the phone but it doesn't happen with any other network on it.

What happens if you try and call the phone while it's in 'sleep' mode ?
