(Y) mean?

I keep seeing it on my young emo friends facebooks. Usually I can work these things out but this one is just lyk cmpletely ova mi head.

Not sure I can get a good nights sleep until I know.

    It's a thumbs up I'm guessing. Or that's the code for the thumbs up emote on MSN anyway :D

    Oh right, thanks! I wonder if these emos know that it doesn't work on facebook? :confused: Similarly on msn, they always put their name in bold and italic but it just comes up with [bold][italic]im a massive emo{/bold}[/italic].

    It just looks like a capitol Y inside brackets to me.. Am I missing the point?
