One of my all times favourites, pity I "won't be there" to enjoy it resonating...

    Depends how I die.

Leona Lewis - Bleeding Love if I die from stab wounds. TLC - Waterfalls if I drown or have an accident on a jet ski or something. Elton John - Candle In The Wind if it's a fire, etc.

I'm going to have The Wheels On The Bus if I don't see it in time

A Little Reminder by Kenji B.

I tried to find a link to this 1990s song, but can't find it anywhere. It's about a grieving wife who's given her late husband's letter during a will reading. The letter lists his memories of their times together ("One bright morning, I wake up with a hangover / and find a dirty sauce pan / and your angrily-written note "Your turn to wash up, lazy bastard!" / on your gently dented bed pillow / that's filled with the gentle aroma of you"), and it ends with a thank you for sharing her life with him and a reminder that life goes on. (Edit: similar to Ian Drury, if that makes sense?)

As a big Queen fan it would be expected of me to have one Queen song so I'd have "Who Wants To Live Forever"

I'd also like 'The Rocky road to Dublin' sung by the Dubliners.

    Atmosphere by Joy Division.

I'll need to make this clear - I don't want Russ Abbott ruining my big day.

I change my mind all the time. At the moment I would like Redemption Song by Bob Marley.

Caravan Song by the wonderful Barbara Dickson -

caravan, oh my soul is on the run,
    Overland, I am flying ,
caqravan, moving out into the sun,
    Oh, I don't know where i'm going but i'm going. . .

Shge's singing 'Caravan' in the meaning of a soul leaving, travelling far away. . .

Not as in hitched to back of car lol.

I've been to two funerals that've played George Harrison's "My Sweet Lord", which is quite sad but uplifting at the same time.

    I'll probably have this:

It's selfish to use popular songs as it creates a permanent association for your family and friends.

Morning Fog by Kate Bush. A beautiful, short song.

I'd want something by Kate, too. Possibly Under the Ivy as that's also a shorter song and one I instantly connected to. :)

A tad selfish, I suppose, but I wrote a song called It's Time To Go. Kinda suitable title :o
