Newspapers dont care about Big Brother anymore, only the Daily Star but is that not owned by channel 5?

I doubt they'll see it as the greatest injustice that's happened this week. People say awful things all the time. This story is marginally more interesting to the non-BB fans as dog bites man stories.

The Daily Mail does a BB piece most days, although not part of the Desmond empire.

Probably because it's trying to increase its penetration of the "yoof demographic".

The papers that aren't The Star and The Daily Express will jump at the chance to attack Richard Desmond.

I don't really see how The Star can say anything against it as the same guy owns BB if he condemns it then all what can be said is "Why not throw him out then surely you could arrange that"

That's exactly it! He owns The Star and Express so The Sun, Mirror, Mail, Metro and possibly The Guardian will be keen to let readers know of the public backlash. If not in the news section today in the features/ opinions parts over the next few days.

This^^
A bomb could explode in the BB house and it would still struggle to make the news.

I remember the first series where every weeks eviction made the ITV news.

That was years ago, when it was still pretty popular, on a more popular channel.
