She's also trying to get a cold blooded murderer out of prison . At least Diane genuinely believed that Finn wasn't guilty and told the truth in the end >:(

I know, I was gobsmacked when she told her to read her bible

In real life they didn't have enough evidence to even charge Finn in Nancy's attack. It's fiction though.

I'm aware, that's why I said 'in real life' :D

Ah, thank God!! Even Kirkwood is not completely stupid, then!! :D

I'm sorry that I am spoiled now about the end reveal (JP and Finn talking to each other).

I'm glad this storyline is over... let's move on!! :)

that's it im done im not watching this crap anymore

    Bye.

Also, I'm surprised he was found guilty for Nancy's attack, mainly because there was a lack of concrete evidence (ignoring that the whole trial was a shambles anyway). But maybe it was worth punishing him for both from the shows point of view, to show you shouldn't get away with rape and attempted rape (of course murder is another matter...) (Also ignoring Blessing was completely ridiculous).

Thankfully the verdicts were correct though. Eventually!

Well, I'm stunned. I had prepared myself for a not guilty verdict.

It was brilliant. I think I will have a look back at all of them throughout the week.

I liked the touch that the opening and closing JP and Finn monologues were actually them talking to one another. This guilty verdict is one of the only things BK has done right.

Is that Finn left permanently now or are we going to see another couple of scenes?

I thought there might be some of him and Diane talking after the verdict. We'll have to see.

Agree. I liked the monologue twist.

As for John-Paul, according to Waveguide he's back... After the 16th October. Typical good follow up as usual.

I actually thought he would be found innocent. That seems right up Kirkwoods alley, a not guilty verdict and a who-done-it storyline. Glad Kirkwoods seen sense. Glad Finn got sent down.

They were never going to let Finn get found innocent. There were a lot of public statements that Finn was going to go down.
