    I started the day with toast with a fried egg on top
    then toasted Hovis Thick crust ~with a spoon of peanut butter

    Then 2 Sain's Hot pots ~~on top of a very big salad

    then 2 slices Thick Hovis white bread
    with Houmous , and [Morrison's ] Beetroot bistro salad [YUM]

    Lunch: Garlic bread with cheese, spaghetti al pomodoro, glass of orance juice.

    Dinner: Beef with rice and mixed vegetables. Glass of water. Pot of rasberry yoghurt, pot of chocolate mousse.

    Breakfast - Pancake with protein powder and blueberries, glass of orange juice

    Lunch - Chicken with white cabbage salad, tomatoes and carrots with a couple of oat cakes

    Dinner - Will probably be Tuna steak with broccoli and jacket potato

    Drinks - water, green tea, banana milk shake, can of diet coke

    Snacks - apple, chilli pumpkin and sunflower seeds

    I had the last of the chicken pie I made yesterday for lunch today, with salad and home made red onion marmalade. Mmm

    11.00am - a piece of fruit flapjap
    6pm - About 6 party rings (the biscuits with the icing topping)
    7:30pm - chicken stir fry
    9pm - 2 yoghurts

    Today
    3pm - nicked two ryvitta's from a stash in the works kitchen
    7pm - sweet & sour pork

    Today's plan:

    Breakfast: 2 x Shredded Wheat in milk with berries.

    Lunch: A peanut butter sandwich. Home-made tomato soup with a slice of brown bread. Some dark chocolate and glass of milk.

    Dinner: Home-made vegetable curry with brown rice.

    Supper: Two slices of brown toast with butter.

    Snacks: Apple & Grape pack, a tub of Mandarin segments, and some Brazil nuts.

    Breakfast: 1 weetabix with milk and sugar, 1 plain croissant, 1 pain au chocolate, cup of tea.

    Lunch: 1/4 cheese and tomato sandwich, 1/2 tuna sandwich, 1 apple, 2 biscuits. Water.

    Dinner: Chicken curry with rice and mixed vegetables. Glass of coke. Ice cream bar.

    breakfast - scrambled eggs with spinach and tomatoes

    Lunch - Nandos - chicken breast, spicy rice and salad

    Dinner - tuna steak, sweet jacket potato and sweetcorn

    Drinks - cup of coffee, 2 litres of water, couple of glasses of diet coke, banana milkshake

    chicken soup is on my menu here for the nxt few days

    Ive been off work ill all last week, just worked mon and tues ( nasty cold bug :()

    had no lasagne saturday night :(

    cant taste anything

    the only thing i like is homemade chicken soup

    had some left in freezer but i defrosted it and soon went

    so had to make some more

    Have loads in pan and some in freezer

    so i will be heating some up soon

    For brekkie mum bought home a McDonald's double sausage muffin which went down a treat! Lunch was chicken salad. Fancy a nice soup with my homemade crusty bread for dinner.

    No, I am not preggers. :D

    Lunch: falafel sandwich from Budgens reduced to £1.

    Dinner will be salmon with something or other.
