For brekkie mum bought home a McDonald's double sausage muffin which went down a treat! Lunch was chicken salad. Fancy a nice soup with my homemade crusty bread for dinner.
Breakfast: Crumpets and homemade grape jelly.
Lunch: Ham salad and mayo sandwich, kiwi fruit and pear with lemon yoghurt.
Dinner: Will be lemon sole in breadcrumbs with chips and broccoli.

Ive been off work ill all last week, just worked mon and tues ( nasty cold bug )

had some left in freezer but i defrosted it and soon went
so had to make some more
