    This is the response I got from the BBC:
    I understand you would like to see ‘The Dumping Ground’ repeated over the winter period on either BBC One or BBC Two as you feel this would help to increase viewer awareness and appreciation for the programme. This is to let you know that I have registered your comments and suggestion on our daily Audience Log.

    So it's quite likely. Connor Byrne tweeted this yesterday:
    However....this series of TDG may well be the best kids drama .....ever. Great production team/ crew/art dept/ locations team/cast .....EVER

    It will be interesting to see how it turns out. :):D

    No, but this thread is going to be quiet whilst it's not on after all

    I went quiet because after I posted about being unwell, I lost my Nan so was far more interested in that plus been finishing off my placement & first year of my degree.

    So you know.....we do have lives other than this tv series ;)

    So the place they have filmed tbr and the dumping ground is it being filmed there again I. Rember someone saying it was being knocked down

    Just read a tweet from the dumping ground Twitter feed from the 8th June it says there will be a new dumping ground due to redevelopment I wonder what it will look like

    There isn't an official Twitter feed, so I don't know where you heard it from.

    Has anyone seen the original British drama cbbc trailer. They advertising wolfblood, the dumping ground and wizards vs aliens. So does this mean it'll be on earlier this year? (Swapped it's slot with Young Dracula)

    Also, it seems like there's a new house for the dumping ground. It looks so fake and disgusting. May even put me of watching.
