Can anyone identify this military surplus kit?

Before anyone says it, yes I know it's a water bottle and mug. :p

It's similar in shape to the British Army Pattern 58 water bottle (except for the absence of the shoulder on the 58), but is made of what appears to aluminium, as is the cup.

The bottom of the bottle has a small crown stamped into it, with 19FML62 stamped under it.

The cup has the same crown, with what appears to be 19M1.5L (it's a bit shallow and hard to read) stamped on one side of the handle bracket, and 79871 on the other side.

The pouch has no identifying marks.

The bottle has a capacity of 1.2 Litres, and a mouth of 1.75" in diameter.

The cup has a capacity of 0.7 Litres, with a rolled (but not closed) rim.
