  I know what you mean, it would be a good story, but if they can just bring in a new actor when someone is too old or doesnt want to do it anymore

  The Quantum Organisation needs to come back, we have no closure on Mr White or those other mysterious villains.
  
  M, Felix, Moneypenny, Q, and perhaps more than one Bond girl who survives more than two scenes (I know that's a struggle for the writers, but it would be refreshing).
  
  I'd also like to see more of Olga Kurylenko, yum. The only Craig-era Bond girl to survive (is it because she didn't sleep with Bond?)
