camcorder to tv card with s-video + line in

Hi, I have a TV card, the hauppage wintv primio model 615. The ports on this device are fm radio antenna, tv antenna, line in, s-video, and line out. I have a camcorder that I would like to connect to it. A connector I have to connect the camcorder to my tv is one side connects to the camcorder (i think A/V out, looks like a semi-circle), the other side has an s-video connector, and the yellow, white and red connectors (combined). Currently, the only thing that can connect to the tv card is the s-video connector. Is there a cable that will allow me to connect all four (or three excluding the yellow cable) inputs into the s-video on the tv card?

Or is there anything that will connect the audio cables (i think the red and white) to the line in port on the tv card?
