Can anyone identify an actor (possible spoilers)

This is in an official photo on the BBC's DW webpages so it's not a "spoiler" but if you may prefer to look away now :)

http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/galleries/p02851nk - third photo shows Frank Skinner and a few others - Frank is standing in front of a screen showing a timer.

Question is - does anyone recognise the actor standing on the left of the picture - the black guy with the awful wig?

NB - it's not a trick question and I don't know the answer - though as soon as I saw him, a name sprang to mind (possibly cos it suits a pet theory so not trusting my judgement)

    Partial list only - watching the trailer gave a possible glimpse of someone else they may deliberately not want to include on that list - and then there's this familiar looking bloke in that photo.

    (I might just be hoping it's who I think it is cos I'm expecting him to appear at some point and it's only a tiny photo)

    Would you say it's the same person or is it not a good enough photo and angle to be sure?

    To me...probably wrong but...looks like him out of Peep Show (dunno if anyone watched it here, but it's Mark's now ex boss am thinking off...second thoughts, it definitely isn't him)

    I think it looks a lot like...
    Winston Ellis - who played Courtney's dad in The Caretaker (and I think may be Ellis George's dad in real life cos his full name is Winston George Ellis)

    As I said - could be wishful thinking cos it would support a theory

    Me neither - be great if it is but I'm loathe to make the assumption and I'm not going to dig around for other photos in case it spoils any surprises.
