I agree with the above. I used to think Cheryl (Bronagh) was awful, but she's really grown into the character and is such an asset to the show. I thought her performance was fantastic in the episode when Brendan was arrested last year, and she equalled that in tonight's episode.
Bronagh Waugh and Emmett J. Scanlan created something heartbreaking on screen tonight, having lost love ones myself I found the scenes tonight particularly poignant.
I know they are acting but tonight and every night they were both outstanding, as are many other members of the Hollyoaks cast, including Rob Norbury, Karen Hassan and Rachel Shenton to mention but a few.
Bronagh Waugh was amazing, she always delivers on the emotional front, Hollyoaks really does have some amazing actors, unfortunately they're only known for the sub par ones.
oh i really have to watch this weeks hollyoaks, whenever i watch it regulary nothing happens and then when i dont watch it i miss the biggest things everr lol the last time i properly watched it was probably when george was homeless. but i have seen couple of eps over the last few weeks
