It would be good if Jane and Ian stitched up Cindy, so they can keep hold of Beth. I do not like innocent people going away for something they did, but Cindy is a brat and cannot wait to get rid of Beth, so I think she deserves it.

I don't think jane and Ian would even risk stitching up cindy as she know who killed Lucy. I say it will be someone who doesn't know who killed her
I think Ben would make a certain amount of dramatic sense.
More so now as something like that might just bring Kathy running back. 'My son is innocent!! etc.

wanting to have her daughter adopted doesn't make her a brat, if anything Ian & Jane are being selfish insisting that Beth stay with them, she is Cindy's daughter and so they should back and respect her wishes
My money's on Max or Denise although I wouldn't write off Cindy or Abi.
Denise or Abi would be interesting. I don't think the arrested character is being written out.
I also think max has been banged up too often in recent years.
I'd have left the story a few years personally and have Bobby grow up, then perhaps maybe the 40th maybe even 50th have that Floorboard in the Beales house open up...
I was going to say Ben, seeing as they've got Lucy's purse and phone under the floorboards with his prints on it, but then most of the Beale's fingerprints are on it. Seeing as DTC obviously wants rid of Lola, I see her going down for it. She did give a false alibi.

McBeale is a proven unhinged psychopath that would throw absolutely anyone under the bus to protect herself and the murderous child she stole. Beale is protecting them both.
No one is safe. I heard a police car go by the office earlier and thought she'd shopped me for it, the evil cow.

I knew Bobby was a bad egg when he strategically left one of his toys at the top of the stairs which caused the death of Laura Beale.
That had to be one of the least flattering death scenes in EE history.

I agree with this.

Noooo why do you think Max?
The fact that he was in the house that night
