How on earth has jack been arrested for viewing images of a 'minor'?? Isn't Jason roscoe like 17/18?
And was he even naked in the photos.
Madness.

I think it's to do with the images that Robbie had been uploading to some website. I think Ruby and Holly's (who's only 15) images were on there as well as numerous others.

The pics were of the girls in low cut tops. Hold the front page! Pics like that are all over Facebook. Ridiculous storyline.

Even more ridiculous is the awful Sam Lomax seems to have been assigned to every single criminal case that crops up. Thought I would like Sam at first but she seems to get worse every episode.

I can't understand how they would get a warrant to search his car when the crime was to do with viewing pictures online. The warrant would surely be to search his computer and then if evidence suggested he had made images then his property

I'm starting to get worried for the show itself. I thought after the anniversary week it would get less ridiculous but it just seems to be losing the plot even more. Tony's life In danger next week? The police deeming pictures of low shirts as explicit? Thinking Jack killed tom without even looking at ANY CCTV?

Ziggy and Frankie is pure cringe too.

The worst part of all of this is that there is so much potential in the cast and In BK's ideas, but he's so focused on going for shock value for the soap awards or temporary ratings boosts with no focus on characters, character development or reality that it's just damn right silly. If it carries on like this. I'll give the show a couple of years before it burns out.

It's far better than the Maddie era.

Completly agree, tonight's Eastenders makes Hollyoaks look like a documentary. :D

More importantly, without a body! And didn;t they consider (spoiler tags for benefit of C4 viewers)
that could have been anybody on the phone claiming to be Tom?

I agree that Hollyoaks is not that interesting right now. I'm still watching, but it's been disappointing. I don't know if any of the soaps are that strong right now, perhaps with the exception of Emmerdale. I though EE got better with the Michael Moon death, but I'm not big on the Kat/Alfie reunion.

If you watched tonight's EE with Alfie on the plane then Hollyoaks is reality tv compared to that pile of very unrealistic rubbish!

Exactly, numerous others which we actually didnt see - so they could have been younger and more revealing. I dont think its particularly unrealistic for the police to take the accusation seriously - this whole issue is very sensitive at the moment.
