It appears Dune have moved out of Victoria way. I walked past yesterday and the signage remains, as does the link antenna pointing towards Gaw Hill but the car park gates were locked and the place looks a bit overgrown.

When did they move out?

You can also text COAST1079 starting with the word DUNE then a space to 78866 followed by your message

Ofcom published an "Breach of licence condition" in relation to Dune. This does not mention anything about the transmitter being taken and seems to indicate the licence hasn't been revoked:
