  LOL I think its because they want to make sure this isn't a repeat of h/l show.
  any bigger its going to fill the screen ratings must be crap for it.

  They are not allowed because it's before 9pm I believe and they can't show casino related advertising before that time

  I see,I wasn't aware of the 9pm rule re Casinos .. you can advertise betting though which is odd
