Doctor Who Props, which one would you like

A question for you all. What prop big or small or anything that has been on screen in Doctor Who would you like to own if it were possible?.
I was looking at one of them Collectables guide books and there was a small section on props and things from the show. It just got me thinking what I would like to own if it were theoretically possible as it were. I'm not asking for the monetary values of things here, just what you would like to have for whatever reason.
Personally I would fancy the Diary of Impossible Things from Human Nature/The Family of Blood, and from Classic Who I would go for a Cybermen gun from Earthshock, remember wanting one when I was a kid!

Personally, I would like the Tennant worn Trench coat, knowing that it was the one on screen during so many epic scenes.
Also, in a world where I had acres of spare space, i'd like the entire 2005-2009 TARDIS interior set and exterior prop to put alongside it.
I'd also say, if it actually existed, the real River Song diary with the pages filled in, because even though you can buy blank replica's it would be cool to have one with the actual diary entries in it. Pretty sure even the in show one that Alex Kingston uses is blank inside as well though, so such a thing doesn't really exist.
He lives in the same town as me and it's always a delight to see a latest addition to his collection.
I've tried on an original full Sixth Doctor costume (which completely drowned me!), consisting of, white '?-mark' shirt, teddy bear buttons waistcoat, pillow-tick yellow trousers, green boots and orange ankle armour and the all important Sixth Doctor jacket, he even had the blue cloak to go with it at one point. He bought a few of the pieces at Longleat where they held DW auctions during the 1990s and some of the pieces direct from JNT himself, I even drove down with him to JNT's house once to pick up part of the costume.
I've also had the pleasure of wearing the ribbed plum colour jacket Pertwee wore in Planet of the Daleks that's also in his collection.
You really do get the tingles when you try them on and the sense of TV history right there on your shoulders.
Personally, I own the long purple scarf (from the mock 4th Doctor's) that McCoy tried on when he was trying out for his own Seventh Doctor costume, although it's on indefinate loan to my friend above.
I used to own an original Attack of the Cybermen silver boiler/G-suit... until it got thrown out of an ex-girlfriend's place!
Oh well.
I suppose you can get replicas of that too, but that's never the same as having the original!
I read that the prop was given to Perer Purves, who later slung it away because he was convinced that it brought him bad luck!
Hi Daniel, I've always wanted to get an original prop from the series rather than a replica. Any advice on the best places to find items? More interested in the Classic era

That would be cool. Now that we're done with River, it would be possible to fill in those blanks, based on the stories we've seen and the stories hinted at. Surely one of the current novel authors could come up with something entertaining.

There is a book of River's adventures already.
While the cover (front and back) features the Diary they probably did miss a trick by not having it look like the actual diary.

Also, I'd love the Death Zone model from Borusa's secret control room from the Five Doctors, and all the little figurines that go with it.
Hi, ever since the closing of the Blackpool DW Exhibition in 2009 the BBC distributed the good stuff to other BBC exhibitions (including the DW Experience in Cardiff) and purged the rest of it to Bonhams Auctions soon after, so most of it has gone into the hands of private collectors. So now, unfortunately, it can prove a lot more difficult to find original props and costumes from the original series.
As already mentioned by 'soapfan', there are independent auctioneers that occasionally gets hold of a private collector's collection but you can expect to pay more if the auctioneer is a prop/costume specialist. However, some do make it to ordinary auction houses and odds are they can go for the fraction of the price, especially if the Whomobile story is to be believed.

And here's me wearing some of Colin's original costume at Rhuddlan Castle (notice the theatrical bloodstain to the left side of the cloak, there were two cloaks made, one for dirtying-up and one for best. The stained one used to belong to JNT, the other went to BBC Exhibitions).

In what seems like a lifetime ago, this got auctioned at a science fiction convention some time in the late Eighties when Doctor Who was sooooooooo old hat, darling! I'm trying to remember how much it went for: not a huge amount I recall and I almost put in a bid but pocket money was tight and all that. So that, at least, was in private hands then - and probably is still, if it hasn't gone the way of the silver Cybersuit above.
Probably should add that it looked pretty rubbish in real life! Matt Irvine came along to the same event and took one of the giant spiders from Planet of the Spiders for a walk. Oh how we were all superior at this quaint old Doctor Who and sneering at the dusty old thing. Funny how you remember that stuff.
Thanks for that Corwin. I didn't know about it. Agreed, they did miss a trick there. Maybe there'll be an ultimate collector's edition someday.
Also, it was only selected tales, not laid out as if it were the full diary, so it might have come across as a trick to us consumers to have it look as though it was the full diary only to find out inside it wasn't.
Laying it out as a book, means they could, if they wanted, now do a volume 2, which I sincerely hope they do, because I enjoyed the book, but it was far too short.
If they got to the point where they had released a few volumes of tales, so much so that they had done all the stories we had heard mention of in the show, then a special edition which contained every story in one book, and included diary entries for the episodes she was in, to make it complete, and made it look like her diary on the outside, then that would be brilliant (although still a slight issue with what I mentioned in the first paragraph, but it that case it would be worth it).
In your opinion which incarnation of the Doctor is it in the Picnic at Asgard story?
Moffat is on record (before the book was written) as saying (in his mind) Picnic was a 10th Doctor story but I've seen it said elsewhere that it's only the 11th Doctor who features in the book.
To me there wasn't enough description of the Doctor in the Picnic story to tell which incarnation it was (in the other stories IIRC it was clear it was the 11th) so I happily pictured the 10th but I'm curious what other readers thought.
I wouldn't mind owning Bessie either.
