Ever been involved in a thread and the next time you come back, it's gone?

Not locked just gone?

Doesn't even show up in your "find other posts by" area?

I can't have said anything that offensive.

    Well if you didnt say anything offensive someone else must have to warrant the moddies removing it.

    Happened a few times- the thread is disposed of completely...i find it worse when ones I like are closed as you see them just sitting there staring at you and you cant post in it :D

    Yes , sometimes its the subject matter which the ds don't like ( oh no ) or othertimes it just goes into a flaming row and gets zapped. Usually the threads go overnight.

    That happened to me earlier on today when I was in the BB forum.

    I was submitting a reply to someone, and suddenly the thread was no longer there!

    It was a fairly innocuous thread as well.

    I've met more than a few nits over the years.:o Occupational hazard.

    Glad to know it's not just happening to me. It's just really a strange feeling to come back and it's gone. Especially with the time differences around the world.
