Is it going to be repeated on TV anytime soon? A few months ago I read it was going to be repeated on Channel Five but nothing seems to have come from that.
Not sure but I think I read on a fan site somewhere that there was a problem with the rights that would stop a UK broadcaster showing it in its entirety, might be wrong but it rings a bell.....
apparently a 3rd showing of the series would cost more as it would mean cast and crew would have to get residuals as that is the contracts they signed..how much they would get though I do not know..and it has already been shown twice in the UK in most regions (ITV and CH5)

it's a real shame you didn't get a proper send off and even though she might have been planning to leave, that exit must have been one of the most abrupt in TV history.
I think Erica did return a few years later for a few episodes.

That was Lainie Dobson lol..and she was involved in that unrealistic storyline of her boyfriend being inducted to a womans prison making out he looked like a woman and the police were too busy staring at HER tatoos to notice what he had down below!!

Gerda Nicolson was exceptional as Governor Ann Reynolds.

Other prison was Barnhurst, to which Vera was governor
But some went to the more secure Blackmoor
