    Didnt that girl (forgot her name) who was first out on US X Factor already have a song and video filmed and when she left x factor first week she released her music video that night i beleive??? who knows i still dont understand how she was allowed on the show is she already had music out!

    They probably have different sort of contracts because I don't think they will do an X-factor tour of their contestants there.

    Maybe he'll go straight to the papers and spill the beans on the house, the show, the other contestants etc. The rags would lap that up and if the contracts null and void there'd be nothing to stop him.

    He will have his uses (and users) and will be around for sometime to come. Short of getting banged up in prison I can't see how Frankie won't do very nicely out of all this. B List Celeb no, but D definitly before falling to Z.

    Now you mention it,that might be the plan all along. If he had any chance of selling a single,it would be by working fast to promote it off th back of this"scandal" ;)
