  This is what I have never quite understood about bieber .
  He is a massive star, yet he has had very few worldwide hits.

  it's just a song for mixtape of his tour DJ. he just likes doing music and he doesn't really want to make "hits". his last official album had 3 hit singles, so for next official album the label will make him record some radio friendly songs.
