Well it was pretty good up until the usual Eurovision shite.

SP, please tell me you're being ironic ;-);-)

I've counted 4 truck driver gear/key changes and "ringing" rhyming with "dinging"..what's not to love???:o

Actually, it'll never beat Ah Banny Bee Ah Banny Bah (phonetic spelling gone loco there):D

Did Paul Weller do an arm gesture then when singing "we're kind to queers"?

Weller was surely the best lyricist of his generation.

Does Paul Weller really take himself as seriously as he always appears to do?

Milk, Honey & Jam. Not a great mix in one sitting. We needed Bread too.

I wondered who The Jam were . I bloke I worked with in the 90s was in a group years earlier and said The Jam were their support act a few times.

Half of them look as though they don't know what day it is.

They wouldn't be singing on a Saturday surely?

Eurovision must have been early this year if this had already won?

Very unusual for Eurovision to be held in March. It's usually May

    .

As someone said when we saw their first appearance, he appears to have been born a grumpy old git.

Is this GG's last week? Hope so, I'm getting mighty sick of it, classic or not.

Having risen up the charts, it unexpectedly went down in this weeks chart before racing way back up high next week again. Otherwise we might have seen it tonight I guess. Next week it better show up! :)

Be careful what you wish for. Yes it is, but you are in for 6 weeks of Bright Eyes next. The longest No1 hit until Karma Chameleon in late 1983 too.

Odd that they never got the Legs to dance to this. They could have done a literal routine to rival the Ruby Flipper 'Let 'Em In' effort.
