With the anniversary show on the way, we're going to see two (possibly three) incarnations of the Doctor meet face to face.
Its happened quite a few times of course in the past, from the first three Doctors meeting in the 10th anniversary special, to the 6th Doctor coming face to face with an evil future version in Trial of a Timelord. And, more recently, Time Crash (I do count that as canon!).
But, if you were able to get two Doctors to meet on screen (and this is time travel, so this will be the Doctors in their prime) . . which two would it be?

I think it would be too much like Two and Three, and I can't pass that up.
There is a certain attraction at the thought of seeing nine's northern dourness clashing with eleven's general madness.
Who heaven!.
ALL of it?
or
Nine and Twelve
They are a hoot
Shockeye eats the Sixth Doctor's stupid outfit and Peri strips.
I think 4 and 10 would get on just famously.
"Allonsy with your Jelly Babies...."
It was good until it turned colour.
Me too and my suggestion would have been not to bother with the episode at all. The Two Doctors is one of my least favourite episodes ever. It started fairly well then quickly became a ridiculous overlong farce.
Anyway, as for two Doctors I'd like to see together on screen it would have to be Ten and Eleven which fortunately for me is going to happen later this year.
That would be brilliant. I can actually see David saying that while grinning madly like he did in time crash.
9/6 (the dialogue would be hilarious)
8/4/Romana
but mostly 11 and 7, I think that would be amazing
If not, then imagine the sparks if Four met Four!
Didn't the 3rd Doctor once meet himself (and Jo Grant)?
Look what happened to the Brigadier!
Not really because they didnt really exist outside of that moment
