Hotmail not recieving bcc's

Hi
I've only just discovered I am not receiving most emails where I am bcc'd. I have looked into my Hotmail/-now-Outlook settings but cannot find anything to help. These emails are not even turning up in my junk mail folder. I am missing info on training courses etc.
Please can anyone advise? Thanks in advance

    Do you have another email account, such as gamil, etc? If you do, log into that and create an email. BCC your hotmail account and see if it comes through.

    FYI it is not a general failure with Hotmail. I have just tried sending a test mail between two accounts (non-Hotmail) with a Bcc to a Hotmail account and it worked correctly.

    Must be something in my settings. I only use Hotmail.
    I did not receive a bcc from a 'stranger'. I did receive cc and then a direct email from them. Once I had received that I then received a bcc mail from then but had no visibility of the bcc sent earlier by them. I have only become aware of other bcc mails I have missed way after the event. A search on the date and sender reveals nothing (even though other messaged from them appear in my search). What might the setting be?
