    recipe, please!:)

    I can try - but she just throws things in the pan because she 'knows' the quantities etc without the need to measure or consider. I might have to just shadow her. I was considering sending my daughter to her for a week's cookery school during the summer.:)

    Who does Luke look like? I thought he resembled Alistair Brownlee, but there's something else, something about his mouth that's very familiar. Has he been in any other shows?

    There are a number of internet recipes - all rather similar, but have a look at this one, as it is a photographic step-by-step recipe. The stew doesn't look dark enough, and people who have tried the recipe suggest browning the oxtail prior to stewing; and also adding dark soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce plus a can of tomatoes,
