Failed Recordings - Problem Solved

I have a Sagem DTR 94 Series PVR, and have noticed the reason why recordings fail.
See http://i54.tinypic.com/29z6b0k.jpg As shown in the photo, the programme "David Attenborough's First Life" is now correctly shown at the top of the list (when selecting "Timer Recordings" from the menu). At 18.30 tonight, I found that programme was on the bottom of the list. This would have caused the recording fail. The only thing to do when this happens, is to cancel and then re-book the recording.
I noticed that "Click" had not been recording for several weeks, and just assumed it was not being transmitted, but a couple of Saturdays ago, I looked into it further and saw that "Click" was at the bottom of the list. I cancelled the recording and re-booked..... Problem solved
I wonder if this also happens on other manufacturer's PVRs.
