question about webcam when using windows live messenger

when someone youre talking to sends out an invite for you to start viewing webcam, and you accept the invitation, does that mean they can see you too?

    If someone sends out an invite to start viewing the webcam, you are accepting to see thiers.

    If someone sends out and invite to start sending webcam, you are accepting to show yours.

    If someone invites you to do a video call then you both wil be sending and viewing webcams.

    ah ok so..

    viewing= you see the person youre talking to on cam
    sending= the person youre talking to sees you on cam
    and video call= you both see/talk to each other at the same time.
