iPhone's Sky+ Record App

I downloaded the app for the iPhone to allow me to record programmes on Sky+HD when I'm out of the house. I registered the app with Sky and got email confirmation it was all set up.

However, when I try to record, I get the following error message:

Sorry, it's not possible to remote record right now. Please try again later

    Not really...you need to register through your digibox to make it work, i.e. allow the digibox to phone home in the process

    Go to "Sky Customer Service" on Active....then choose "8 register for remote record". Take it from there...

    I never had to use the digibox to register, i did it through Mysky

    Sometimes it needs to be set up through the digibxo if you're getting errors.

    Just in case(and good for future reference), you normally cannot setup a record within 30 mins of a program starting.
    Sometimes you get that message if you try etc.
