Despicable, shocking, and sad  :(

Two dogs have been found hanged from a village bridge in a "barbaric" act of cruelty, the RSPCA has said.
RSPCA inspector Sheona Morley said the animals' bodies were suspended from opposite ends of a single rope, which stretched over the road crossing the bridge, near Bosworth Road.

She said: "It must have been absolutely awful for the lady who discovered them. She was driving along the road but found her path blocked by the rope across the carriageway.

"When she got out to have a closer look she was disgusted to see the bodies of the dogs.

"There is absolutely no excuse to treat any animal in such a barbaric way."

some 'civilised' people have committed the worst crimes in history, so yes I'd say they WERE capable of this. Didn't realise only chavs commit crime these days:rolleyes:

    Cat Lady.

You never know. It's usually the people you don't expect - the quiet ones.

I hope the person or people that did this to the dogs get the same punishment as if it were a human.

In today's dwindling economy, I agree its a bit presumptious to place the blame on "chavs." More likely someone unable to feed these dogs, and was scared of being charged for neglect thought this was the best option for them.
Its not good when anything like this happens, but to place blame on Chavs instantaneously is whats dividing society like it is today.

You need to film yourself dumping an old lady into a wheelie-bin. You'd be an overnight sensation.

But surely that would be against the law ? (dumping an old woman, not my being an overnight sensation)..

Just the term "chav" is really just thinly veiled way of discriminating against an entire class of people based almost entirely on what they wear. I think it's pretty sad that we've become such a nation of psuedo middle class, bourgious snobs who seem to take their lead from the daily mail in all things. (yes I am aware of the irony of being snobby myself about the daily mail but that's different.)

Being a Chav or as we call them Charva is more than about what they wear.

Their actions, their behaviour, their attitude... (the list is endless)..

Do you know any chavs in real life, or just believe what the daily mail tells you?

I live in an area infested with them, so I see it every day. I usually find that people who think it's just about what they wear have never actually been anywear near a real chav ..

Have you ever seen a Chav? or perhaps a gang of them loitering around shopping areas or street corners?

I don't think anyone who lives in an area where these parasites linger need to read the Heil to help them form an opinion on what is going on outside of their front door.
