So let me get this straight...
Mick finds out that his nephew raped his wife but said nephew is actually his brother. Said wife's unborn child might not be his but his nephew/brother's who also fathered another child 7 years ago that he doesn't know about that was left on a doorstep and who he might never live to see depending on if he is killed by his brother/uncle.
Dot leaves her son to die after he tries to kill his daughter in law/unborn grandson, with the father of said baby having and affair with his wife's sister whose daughter's father is the sister's ex and daughter's cousin is also her brother.
Ian's mum is not really dead and has been in contact with her ex, and the father of Ben who is younger than his twin nephew and niece the latter of whom was killed by her little brother, who was only born due to a failed vasectomy who was adopted and covered for by his new wife, because she couldn't have children because she was shot by her hubbie's stepson.
I'm sure that's not even the half of it...
