Nonsense. Typical middle-class office job - say IT developer. There are about 5 people (roughly) interviewed per job. So you only have a 20% chance of getting a specific job. Anything can knock your chances down. I would suggest the same is true for store manager, even pub bar staff (black people under represented in all these jobs - not to mention firemen, builders, and middle class tea rooms ). Obviously I am aware that many UKIP voters might well be closet racists etc, That is not my point. I'm not saying UKIP are anti-racist by design, I'm saying they are anti-racist as a by-product. Although it's not my political view i've absolutely no issue with Farage agreeing with excerpts of it, but to publicly admire Powell and refer to him as his political idol (or something similar, depending which of Farage's actual quotes on the subject you use) is a little odd and doesn't help me understand Farage's real personal views, as it would be disconcerting if they were fully in line with Powell..
