The hit off the post was no goal, the rebound off the keeper was a goal. How stupid is mr shouty commentator?

    It's quite simply a goal.

The last replay showed the keeper pushed it over.

Keeper knocked it in. Not sure why Pearce is making a big deal about it.

No goal, goal, it needs to be given. Good system, not.

    How misleading was that replay!

They should have just shown the one which showed the ball over the line, the one where the ball wasn't over has just complicated things.

Both instances needed to be checked, the system worked fine. Can Johnathon Pearce not see the GLT Pictures?

The Honduran fans went crazy when it said "no goal" at the first instance (hitting the post) but didn't realise it went in off the keeper after that! :D

In amongst all this let's point out what a dreadful mistake the keeper made to let the ball squirm from his grasp and cross the line.

Computer says no... er sorry I mean yes.

This was always going to happen. The idea that technology can ever remove controversy in football was naive.

It's just another thing to argue about.

Quite, bizarre how easily the commentator and the Hondurans were confused. Obviously there were two incidents which needed to be checked and the first one wasn't over the line but when play continued it did cross the line.

    He's bloody stupid.

Acting as though its some huge confusion?? the ball didnt go over the line when it hit teh far corner, hence it saying "no goal" then crossed teh line when it went across teh line and hit the GK, hence the "goal".

The idiotic commentators really aren't understanding the goal line technology too well.
