Is it safe to presume they enjoy doing it? or can you find something relaxing that you're not enjoying?

Just trying to settle an argument.

    It usually means they are enjoying the activity.

    But not always.. A security guard, for example, who needs to stay alert may not want to hear chill out music whilst working as it may be too relaxing.
